What is a circle?
A circle is a shared workspace where you can organize your data and collaborate with others. Each circle has its own apps, content, and members.
Are there any usage limits on the free plan?
No. All plans, including Free, give you unlimited access to every app with no quantity limits. The difference is the number of circles and collaboration features.
What does "invite paid customers only" mean for Solo?
Solo plan users can share circles with others, but only with users who are also on a paid plan. Permissions management is not available on Solo — upgrade to Family or SME for role-based access control.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take everything with you. Request an export from your privacy settings and we email you a link to a single archive containing your data, organised one file per kind of record. It is free on every plan, and the archive tells you what it contains and what it deliberately leaves out — content in a shared circle that belongs to other people as much as to you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can cancel your subscription until the last minute of your billing period.
What about annual billing?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10 months, get 12).
How does the SME plan work?
The SME plan is €10 per user per month with unlimited circles and full permissions. You can add more seats anytime, and you'll only be charged for the seats you need.
Can I use credits for payments?
Yes! Credits are automatically applied first (1 credit = €1), and you only pay the remaining balance. Earn credits through achievements.
