Account Members
Manage how you collaborate and control access across Colistor. Every person you bring into your account is a member, and each member's access to circles is governed by their subscription source — either an account seat funded by your plan, or their own personal subscription.
What's new: flexible invitations
The invitation system no longer blocks you when your seat plan is full. You can now:
- Invite anyone at any time — the "Invite Member" button is always active, regardless of how many seats remain.
- Choose seat funding per invitation — a toggle on the invite form lets you decide whether the new member consumes an account seat or joins as self-funded.
- See subscription status at a glance — every member row on the Members page now shows one of three status badges: Account Seat, Personal Subscription, or No Active Subscription.
Members with "No Active Subscription" can log in but cannot access circle content until they activate a personal subscription or you assign them a seat.
