Contacts - Contact Management

The Contacts application helps you manage your personal and professional network with detailed contact information and relationship tracking.

Features Overview

Contact Information

How to Use

Adding a Contact

  1. Click "+ New Contact"
  2. Enter the contact's name (required)
  3. Add email, phone, and other details
  4. Select a category (Client, Friend, etc.)
  5. Choose the circle for this contact
  6. Add tags if needed
  7. Click "Save"

Editing Contact Information

  1. Find the contact in your list
  2. Click on their name to open the detail view
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Update any information
  5. Click "Save"

Organizing Contacts

Using Categories:

  • Client - Business clients and customers
  • Colleague - Coworkers and professional peers
  • Friend - Personal friends
  • Family - Family members
  • Vendor - Service providers and suppliers
  • Other - Miscellaneous contacts

Using Tags:

Import and Export
