The Shopping application helps you plan shopping trips, manage shopping lists, track items across stores, and organize your purchases efficiently.

  • Create Multiple Lists - Separate lists for different stores or occasions

How to Use

Creating a Shopping List

  1. Click "+ New List"
  2. Enter a list name (e.g., "Weekly Groceries")
  3. Select or create a target shop
  4. Add items to the list
  5. Organize items by category
  6. Set a budget (optional)

Adding Items to a List

Quick Add:

  1. Type the item name
  2. Press Enter or click Add
  3. Item appears on the list

Detailed Add:

  1. Click "+ Add Item"
  2. Enter item name
  3. Set quantity
  4. Choose category
  5. Add notes (size, brand, etc.)
  6. Click "Add"

Managing Shops

Add a New Shop:

  1. Go to Shops section
  2. Click "+ New Shop"
  3. Enter shop name and details
  4. Add address and contact info
  5. Select shop category
  6. Save

Edit Shop Details:

  1. Find the shop in your list
  2. Click on the shop name
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Update information
  5. Save changes

During Shopping

  1. Open your shopping list
  2. Check off items as you add them to cart
  3. Add forgotten items on the fly
  4. Mark list complete when done
  5. List saves to purchase history

Using the Item Database

Add to Database:

  • Items added to lists automatically appear in database
  • Manually add frequent items for quick access

Quick Add from Database:

  1. Start typing item name
  2. Select from autocomplete suggestions
  3. Item added to current list

Track Prices:

  1. Open item from database
  2. Add price and store
  3. Compare prices across stores
  4. Find best deals
