Account & Billing
Visit the Pricing page to view available plans and upgrade options. You can upgrade at any time, and you'll only pay for the time remaining in your billing period. Your data and settings remain unchanged during the upgrade.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll revert to the free plan. No questions asked.
You can delete your account from your profile settings. Before deleting, we recommend exporting your data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Instead of sharing login credentials, we recommend using our Circles feature to collaborate. Each person should have their own account, then you can invite them to join your circles for shared access to projects and data. This is more secure and allows for proper attribution.
Technical Support
We support all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser up to date. The platform works on desktop and mobile browsers.
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
