How to Use
Creating a Task
- Click the "+ New Task" button
- Enter a task title (required)
- Add a description with details about the task
- Set a due date if needed
- Choose a priority level
- Select the circle (workspace) for this task
- Click "Save"
Managing Tasks
To mark a task complete:
- Click the checkbox next to the task, or
- Open the task and click "Mark Complete"
To edit a task:
- Click on the task title to open it
- Make your changes
- Click "Save"
To delete a task:
- Open the task
- Click "Delete" at the bottom
- Confirm the deletion
Organizing with Circles
Circles help you separate different areas of your life:
- Personal Circle - Personal errands, hobbies, home projects
- Work Circle - Professional tasks and projects
- Team Circles - Shared tasks with colleagues or family
Switch between circles using the circle selector in the top navigation.
Using Priorities
- Critical - Urgent and important, needs immediate attention
- High - Important tasks that should be done soon
- Medium - Regular tasks in your workflow
- Low - Nice to have, can be done when time allows
Tips for Success
- Daily Review - Start each day by reviewing your task list
- Set Realistic Due Dates - Give yourself enough time
- Break Down Large Tasks - Create smaller, manageable subtasks
- Use Priorities Wisely - Not everything can be critical
- Regular Cleanup - Archive or delete completed tasks periodically
- One Circle at a Time - Focus on one workspace to avoid overwhelm

Daily Task Management
- Review tasks for today
- Prioritize your top 3-5 tasks
