The Tasks application helps you organize, prioritize, and track your work and personal tasks with a powerful yet simple interface.

Features Overview

Task Organization

  • Create Tasks - Quickly add new tasks with titles, descriptions, and due dates
  • Task Details - Rich descriptions with full formatting support
  • Categories - Organize tasks by project, context, or priority

Task Management

How to Use

Creating a Task

  1. Click the "+ New Task" button
  2. Enter a task title (required)
  3. Add a description with details about the task
  4. Set a due date if needed
  5. Choose a priority level
  6. Select the circle (workspace) for this task
  7. Click "Save"

Managing Tasks

To mark a task complete:

  • Click the checkbox next to the task, or
  • Open the task and click "Mark Complete"

To edit a task:

  • Click on the task title to open it
  • Make your changes
  • Click "Save"

To delete a task:

  • Open the task
  • Click "Delete" at the bottom
  • Confirm the deletion

Organizing with Circles

Circles help you separate different areas of your life:

  • Personal Circle - Personal errands, hobbies, home projects
  • Work Circle - Professional tasks and projects
  • Team Circles - Shared tasks with colleagues or family

Switch between circles using the circle selector in the top navigation.

Using Priorities

  • Critical - Urgent and important, needs immediate attention
  • High - Important tasks that should be done soon
  • Medium - Regular tasks in your workflow
  • Low - Nice to have, can be done when time allows

Tips for Success

  1. Daily Review - Start each day by reviewing your task list
  2. Set Realistic Due Dates - Give yourself enough time
  3. Break Down Large Tasks - Create smaller, manageable subtasks
  4. Use Priorities Wisely - Not everything can be critical
  5. Regular Cleanup - Archive or delete completed tasks periodically
  6. One Circle at a Time - Focus on one workspace to avoid overwhelm

Daily Task Management

  1. Review tasks for today

Can't find a task?

Lost access to a circle?

  • Contact the circle administrator
  • Check your circle memberships in settings
