Circles

Circles help you organize everything by context—like Family, Work, Side Projects, or Clubs. They act as spaces where you can invite people and share apps, data, and notifications.

Why use circles?

• Keep personal and work separate
• Share only what matters with the right people
• Enable collaboration across all apps (tasks, notes, bookmarks, and more)

Create a circle

1. Open the Accounts area and go to Circles
2. Click New Circle
3. Give it a name and optional description
4. Create — you're ready to invite people

Sharing in circles

• Each circle has its own members, roles, and permissions
• Apps are shared at the circle level, so you decide who sees what

Tips

• Use circles for recurring contexts (Family, Work)
• Use groups inside a circle to segment access further
