Groups

Groups help you manage permissions at scale. Create groups like "Parents", "Core Team", or "Editors" and assign roles or access once to the group.

Create a group

1. Go to Accounts → Groups
2. Click New Group
3. Name the group and add members
4. Save

Use groups with apps

• Grant app access to a group instead of individuals
• Change the group's role once; everyone inherits it
